For the Client Relationship & Sales department in Schlieren, we are looking for a person of integrity, reliability and independence to join the existing team as:

Assistant Relationship Management (80-100%)

In this service-oriented role, you will support the Relationship Management team in all administrative matters relating to the international client portfolio.

You

  •  provide administrative support to the team in the comprehensive area of customer care
  • are active in day-to-day business and carry out regular reviews such as media & sanctions screening
  • answer inquiries and complaints of all kinds by e-mail and telephone
  • prepare the dossiers of existing customers and process changes to customer data:
    - e-banking
    - changes of domicile address, signature cards and contact lists
    - name changes
  • update KYC profiles in accordance with internal specifications and formats
  • maintain all data and manage customer interactions in the CRM tool

To be successful in this role, you will have

  •  a completed banking apprenticeship or a completed commercial apprenticeship in the financial sector
  • several years of experience in a comparable function in the financial sector
  • very good oral and written knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
