Banking secrecy on the blockchain: InCore part of Swiss consortium to achieve breakthrough

Since September 2016, a Swiss finance industry consortium led by Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts has been working on a blockchain-based transaction platform for securities traded over the counter. The research team has already made a number of technical advances to ensure practical application of the blockchain technology in the financial sector. These include the use of an encryption module to protect the privacy of the trading parties.
