Brown Bag Lunch: Structured Products / AMC

InCore Bank promotes internal knowledge transfer with a series of lunchtime events for employees called «brown bag lunches». The idea behind it: An internal speaker gives an impulse talk to his colleagues during the lunch break. In this way, employees can regularly inform themselves about current product developments, strategic focus topics and other issues and exchange information – regardless of functional barriers. The aim is to share knowledge even more widely throughout the organization and to be an even more competent partner for clients.

What does AMC, SPV and CRYSP mean?
Roger Darin, Advisor Digital Assets at InCore Bank, kicked off the event series with an introduction to structured investment products. This topic is one of particular interest as demand from asset managers for digital as well as «blended» investment products for their clientele in bankable, tradable form continues to grow.

In his talk, Roger Darin presented the white label solution CRYSP. It allows banks and asset managers to offer their clients innovative, customized products easily and cost-effectively, and to market them with their own fee model. The portfolio may be entirely made up of cryptocurrencies, or mixed with traditional asset classes (off-balance sheet). CRYSP is open to all financial service providers wishing to position themselves in this promising segment using a fully compliant Swiss ISIN solution.

Successful premiere
Numerous positive feedbacks from employees show that the first brown bag lunch was a great success. Therefore, the lunchtime events are established and offered at regular intervals. By the way, the term «brown bag lunch» comes from the brown paper bags often used in the USA for the lunch brought along.
