InCore participates in blockchain research project lead by Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts

The blockchain technology enables new solutions in the financial world. For developing and testing such solutions, a consortium has been formed to which the Swiss companies InCore Bank, Inventx, SIX, Swisscom, ti&m and Zürcher Kantonalbank belong. As a case study the settlement process of stocks traded over the counter (OTC) is being examined and redesigned with the help of the blockchain. Thereby the processing times, costs and risks of OTC securities trading shall be minimized.
