Continuing with Oliver, our new addition to the Customer Relationship Team. With more than 9 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in customer relationship management and customer service, Oliver brings outstanding expertise in customer interaction and satisfaction. We look forward to the skills and perspective he will bring to our team in continuing to deepen and strengthen customer relationships.
